Where do you provide service?
Vital Infusions serves Lethbridge and areas within roughly one hour. Locations outside city limits may include a mileage fee after leaving Lethbridge.
How do I book an appointment?
Bookings are subject to availability. The fastest way to book is to call or text the business directly.
Is IV drip therapy safe?
IV therapy can be suitable for many people, but allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and medical conditions may affect eligibility. Customers with concerns should consult a doctor first.
What about minors?
Clients under 16 require parental consent and are generally assessed case by case.
What supplies do you use?
Each appointment uses new, sterile supplies stored and handled with clinical care.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit, debit, and cash are accepted. A mobile card terminal can be brought to appointments.
What should I do to prepare?
Be hydrated, have a comfortable well-lit place ready, wear clothing that allows lower-arm access, and keep pets in another room if needed.
What happens during the drip?
Your provider sets up the infusion, monitors you during treatment, and remains with you until the infusion is complete.
What if the IV cannot be placed?
Some veins are difficult. If access is not possible, only applicable travel and used supply costs may be collected.
What if I need to cancel?
Because drips are mixed fresh, short-notice cancellations may require payment. Confirm the current policy when booking.
How often can I drip?
Frequency depends on the formula and your needs. The provider will help choose a suitable schedule.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Packages and memberships are not currently standard, but group rates can be discussed for events, weddings, competitions, or gifts.
Who performs the therapy?
Infusions are provided by Bill Olinek, who has more than 25 years of emergency medical services experience and 17 years as an Advanced Care Paramedic.
